This Privacy Notice for Amber Mason (doing business as Three Space) ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services, including when you download and use our mobile application Three Space.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information you voluntarily provide including name, email address, password, and username. We also collect payment data handled by RevenueCat and Apple App Store, mobile device data, and push notification tokens.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information to provide our Services, facilitate account creation and authentication, respond to support requests, send administrative information, and ensure security.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We share information with: Supabase (cloud computing and authentication), RevenueCat (billing), TestFlight (testing), and Netlify (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.

4. MOBILE APP PERMISSIONS

We may request access to your calendar (to save outings) and camera (to scan QR codes). We send push notifications which you can disable in device settings.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No. Three Space is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. California residents have rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Contact us to exercise your rights.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of Three Space, operated by Amber Mason doing business as Three Space. By using Three Space you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Three Space. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Three Space is a private mobile friendship app. Users create private spaces for the people they care about, set connection rhythms, and receive reminders to reach out. There are no public feeds, no public profiles, and no social pressure.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Three Space offers a free tier (up to 3 spaces) and premium subscription plans ($3.33/month or $33.33/year) with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Our liability for claims is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 6 months.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Three Space for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, harass others, or impersonate any person.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Three Space and all its content are owned by Amber Mason doing business as Three Space and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Three Space is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall first be subject to 30 days informal negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Colorado, United States. You have 1 year from the date of the event to bring a claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and will notify you by email of material changes.
